How to connect
Your Google account. Takes under a minute, and Manyplug never sees your password.
- Click Connect and choose the Google account you want to add.
- Google lists what Manyplug may do with your mail: read, organise, draft and send. Click Continue.
- You are back here and the mailbox appears under its address. Add more Gmail accounts the same way.
- Rename accounts (for example Work and Personal) so you can tell the AI which one to use.
- To cut access, delete the account here or remove Manyplug in your Google Account under Third-party connections.
Try asking
- What came in from Anna this week that I have not answered yet?
- Find the latest invoice from ACME in my work mail and summarise it.
- Draft a polite reply to the last email from my landlord. Do not send it.
- Archive yesterday’s newsletters in my personal inbox.
Several accounts? Connect each one and give it a name, for example Work and Personal.
