Connect Figma to Gemini CLI

To use Figma in Gemini CLI, connect your Figma account in Manyplug and add Manyplug to Gemini CLI once. Gemini CLI then gets 8 Figma tools, for example: “Team projects”, “Project files”, and “Get a file”. It takes about 3 minutes and works on the free plan.

1. Connect Figma in Manyplug

Click “Connect Figma” and paste the key or app password into Manyplug’s form:

In Figma, click your name at the top left → Settings → the Security tab.Open Figma
Under Personal access tokens, click Generate new token and allow File content: Read and Comments: Read and write.
Copy the token (it starts with figd_) and paste it into the form.

The token sees the same files as you and acts as you.
Figma tokens expire: make a new one when it does.

2. Add Manyplug to Gemini CLI
