Connect Figma to Claude

To use Figma in Claude, connect your Figma account in Manyplug and add Manyplug to Claude once. Claude then gets 8 Figma tools, for example: “Team projects”, “Project files”, and “Get a file”. It takes about 4 minutes and works on the free plan.

Connect Figma Free plan, no card

1. Connect Figma in Manyplug

Click “Connect Figma” and paste the key or app password into Manyplug’s form:

Your Figma personal access token. Takes under a minute.

In Figma, click your name at the top left → Settings → the Security tab.Open Figma
Under Personal access tokens, click Generate new token and allow File content: Read and Comments: Read and write.
Copy the token (it starts with figd_) and paste it into the form.

The token sees the same files as you and acts as you.
Figma tokens expire: make a new one when it does.

2. Add Manyplug to Claude

claude.ai, Claude Desktop and mobile. The free plan allows one custom connector, and Manyplug is one connector for all your services.

Open Customize → Connectors (in older versions: Settings → Connectors).
Click “+ Add” → “Add custom connector”, name it Manyplug, paste the URL and click Continue.
Keep the suggested sign-in settings and click Add, then Connect: Manyplug opens — sign in and allow access.
In a chat, click “+” → Connectors, turn Manyplug on and ask: “Connect my email”.

Can I connect two Figma accounts to Claude?

Yes. Connect each one in Manyplug under its own name, for example Work and Personal. Claude can use one of them or all at once.

Will Claude change anything in Figma without asking?

Changes follow your rules: you can make every change in Figma wait for your approval, or let Claude only read.
