To use SendGrid in Gemini CLI, connect your SendGrid account in Manyplug and add Manyplug to Gemini CLI once. Gemini CLI then gets 7 SendGrid tools, for example: “Send an email”, “Send a template”, and “Templates”. It takes about 3 minutes and works on the free plan.

1. Connect SendGrid in Manyplug

Click “Connect SendGrid” and paste the key or app password into Manyplug’s form:

Open SendGrid → Settings → API Keys and click Create API Key.Open SendGrid API keys
Pick Restricted Access with Mail Send, Marketing, Stats and Template Engine (read), or Full Access.
Create the key, copy it (SG.…) and paste it into the form.

Emails go out only from a verified sender and only after you confirm.
For an EU regional subuser, pick the api.eu.sendgrid.com server.

2. Add Manyplug to Gemini CLI
