Connect Brevo to ChatGPT

To use Brevo in ChatGPT, connect your Brevo account in Manyplug and add Manyplug to ChatGPT once. ChatGPT then gets 6 Brevo tools, for example: “Get a contact”, “Contacts”, and “Save a contact”. It takes about 5 minutes and works on the free plan.

1. Connect Brevo in Manyplug

Click “Connect Brevo” and paste the key or app password into Manyplug’s form:

  1. Open Brevo → the profile menu → SMTP & API → the API keys tab.Open Brevo API keys
  2. Click Generate a new API key, name it Manyplug and copy the key (xkeysib-…).
  3. Paste the key into the form.
  • If Brevo restricts API keys to authorized IPs, a cloud call may be blocked: lift the restriction for this key.
  • The AI sends emails only after you confirm, and only from a verified sender.

2. Add Manyplug to ChatGPT

Needs developer mode (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, Edu).

  1. Open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
  2. Go back to Apps & Connectors and click Create.
  3. Name: Manyplug, MCP server URL: your URL, authentication: OAuth. Confirm you trust the app.
  4. Sign in to Manyplug and allow access. In a chat, pick Manyplug under “+” → More.

Questions

Can I connect two Brevo accounts to ChatGPT?
Yes. Connect each one in Manyplug under its own name, for example Work and Personal. ChatGPT can use one of them or all at once.
Will ChatGPT change anything in Brevo without asking?
By default these actions wait for your approval before they run: “Send an email”. Other changes follow your rules, which you can make stricter per account.
Do I need an official Brevo MCP server for this?
No. Manyplug connects to Brevo itself with a key or app password you paste into its form, and gives ChatGPT the tools through one MCP address, together with your other services.
Is it free to connect ChatGPT to Manyplug?
