Connect Pipedrive to ChatGPT
To use Pipedrive in ChatGPT, connect your Pipedrive account in Manyplug and add Manyplug to ChatGPT once. ChatGPT then gets 9 Pipedrive tools, for example: “Search people”, “Search organizations”, and “Search deals”. It takes about 5 minutes and works on the free plan.

1. Connect Pipedrive in Manyplug
Click “Connect Pipedrive” and paste the key or app password into Manyplug’s form:

- Open Pipedrive → your avatar → Personal preferences → API.Open Pipedrive API settings
- Copy Your personal API token.
- Paste it into the form and click Connect.
- The token acts as you. Generate new token makes the old one stop working.
2. Add Manyplug to ChatGPT
Needs developer mode (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, Edu).
- Open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
- Go back to Apps & Connectors and click Create.
- Name: Manyplug, MCP server URL: your URL, authentication: OAuth. Confirm you trust the app.
- Sign in to Manyplug and allow access. In a chat, pick Manyplug under “+” → More.
3. Ask ChatGPT
- Which open deals do I have in Pipedrive, and at what stages?
- Find Anna Smith in Pipedrive and show her deals.
- Move the deal “ACME annual contract” to Negotiation.
- Add a note about today’s call to the ACME deal.

Yes. Connect each one in Manyplug under its own name, for example Work and Personal. ChatGPT can use one of them or all at once.
Will ChatGPT change anything in Pipedrive without asking?
Changes follow your rules: you can make every change in Pipedrive wait for your approval, or let ChatGPT only read.
