Connect Calendly to ChatGPT
To use Calendly in ChatGPT, connect your Calendly account in Manyplug and add Manyplug to ChatGPT once. ChatGPT then gets 5 Calendly tools, for example: “Event types”, “List meetings”, and “Get a meeting”. It takes about 5 minutes and works on the free plan.

1. Connect Calendly in Manyplug
Click “Connect Calendly” and paste the key or app password into Manyplug’s form:
A Calendly personal access token. Takes about a minute.
- Open Calendly → Integrations → API & Webhooks.Open API & Webhooks
- Under Personal Access Tokens, click Generate New Token, name it Manyplug and click Create Token.
- Copy the token (Calendly shows it only once) and paste it into the form.
- You can revoke the token on the same page.
2. Add Manyplug to ChatGPT
Needs developer mode (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, Edu).
- Open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
- Go back to Apps & Connectors and click Create.
- Name: Manyplug, MCP server URL: your URL, authentication: OAuth. Confirm you trust the app.
- Sign in to Manyplug and allow access. In a chat, pick Manyplug under “+” → More.
3. Ask ChatGPT
- What Calendly meetings do I have tomorrow?
- Who booked the Thursday call and what did they answer in the form?
- Give me a one-time link for a 30-minute meeting to send to Anna.
- Cancel the Friday 3 pm meeting with the reason “Let’s move it to next week”.

Can I connect two Calendly accounts to ChatGPT?
Yes. Connect each one in Manyplug under its own name, for example Work and Personal. ChatGPT can use one of them or all at once.
Will ChatGPT change anything in Calendly without asking?
By default these actions wait for your approval before they run: “Cancel a meeting”. Other changes follow your rules, which you can make stricter per account.
Do I need an official Calendly MCP server for this?
