Connect Google Drive to Claude Code

To use Google Drive in Claude Code, connect your Google Drive account in Manyplug and add Manyplug to Claude Code once. Claude Code then gets 4 Google Drive tools, for example: “Search files”, “Read a file”, and “Create a file”. It takes about 3 minutes and works on the free plan.

1. Connect Google Drive in Manyplug

Click “Connect Google Drive” and sign in on Google Drive’s own page. Manyplug never sees your password.

2. Add Manyplug to Claude Code

Terminal, VS Code and JetBrains.

Run the command in a terminal.

Can I connect two Google Drive accounts to Claude Code?

Yes. Connect each one in Manyplug under its own name, for example Work and Personal. Claude Code can use one of them or all at once.

Will Claude Code change anything in Google Drive without asking?

Changes follow your rules: you can make every change in Google Drive wait for your approval, or let Claude Code only read.
