Connect Netlify to Claude

To use Netlify in Claude, connect your Netlify account in Manyplug and add Manyplug to Claude once. Claude then gets 7 Netlify tools, for example: “Sites”, “Site”, and “Deploys”. It takes about 4 minutes and works on the free plan.

Connect Netlify Free plan, no card

1. Connect Netlify in Manyplug

Click “Connect Netlify” and paste the key or app password into Manyplug’s form:

Open Netlify → User settings → Applications → Personal access tokens and click New access token.Open Netlify tokens
Name it Manyplug, pick an expiry and create it.
Copy the token and paste it into the form.

The token sees every team and site of your user.
Rolling back to an older deploy only happens after you confirm.

2. Add Manyplug to Claude

claude.ai, Claude Desktop and mobile. The free plan allows one custom connector, and Manyplug is one connector for all your services.

Open Customize → Connectors (in older versions: Settings → Connectors).
Click “+ Add” → “Add custom connector”, name it Manyplug, paste the URL and click Continue.
Keep the suggested sign-in settings and click Add, then Connect: Manyplug opens — sign in and allow access.
In a chat, click “+” → Connectors, turn Manyplug on and ask: “Connect my email”.

Can I connect two Netlify accounts to Claude?

Yes. Connect each one in Manyplug under its own name, for example Work and Personal. Claude can use one of them or all at once.

Will Claude change anything in Netlify without asking?

By default these actions wait for your approval before they run: “Publish a deploy”. Other changes follow your rules, which you can make stricter per account.

Do I need an official Netlify MCP server for this?
