Connect Toggl Track to ChatGPT

To use Toggl Track in ChatGPT, connect your Toggl Track account in Manyplug and add Manyplug to ChatGPT once. ChatGPT then gets 9 Toggl Track tools, for example: “Profile”, “Running timer”, and “Time entries”. It takes about 5 minutes and works on the free plan.

1. Connect Toggl Track in Manyplug

Click “Connect Toggl Track” and paste the key or app password into Manyplug’s form:

Open Toggl Track → Profile settings and scroll to API Token.Open your Toggl profile
Click to reveal the token and copy it.
Paste the token into the form.

The token acts as you in all of your workspaces.
Deleting a time entry only happens after you confirm.

2. Add Manyplug to ChatGPT

Needs developer mode (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, Edu).

Open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
Go back to Apps & Connectors and click Create.
Name: Manyplug, MCP server URL: your URL, authentication: OAuth. Confirm you trust the app.
Sign in to Manyplug and allow access. In a chat, pick Manyplug under “+” → More.

Yes. Connect each one in Manyplug under its own name, for example Work and Personal. ChatGPT can use one of them or all at once.

Will ChatGPT change anything in Toggl Track without asking?

By default these actions wait for your approval before they run: “Delete an entry”. Other changes follow your rules, which you can make stricter per account.
